Collaborating with business unit leaders on organisational and practice/division strategy. Engaging with those involved in marketing to understand the environment and any challenges. Agreement of specific goals from marketing. 

Activity & Channel Analysis

Analyse current marketing and business development programmes and how well they are working. Set KPIs for all platforms & activity type based on business requirements. Establish protocols for monitoring and measuring and reporting results against KPIs

Plan Creation

Develop a multi-platform integrated plan to engage relevant markets and audiences, encompassing business development, relationship management, brand & corporate communications programmes, content development, digital & inbound marketing,  & distribution, events & sponsorships

Plan Execution

We include clear resourcing and timing requirements in our plans so that clients can execute plans in-house. We also regularly oversee the execution of integrated plans, measuring outcomes and mentoring, structuring and hiring in-house marketing & business development staff.
