  • Brand DNA & development work

  • Establishing a clear marketing strategy and detailed plan to support business goals

  • Key messaging & development of tone of voice

Business Planning.

  • Collaborating with business unit leaders on practice/unit planning and setting specific marketing goals 

  • Creating multi-platform marketing & BD plans to engage multiple markets, encompassing business development, relationship management, brand & corporate communications programmes, digital marketing, content development & distribution, events & sponsorships

KPIs & Protocols.

  • Setting KPIs for all platforms & activity type based on business goals

  • Scorecard development - monitoring, measuring and reporting results against KPIs regularly

  • Establishing protocols and templates for how marketing should be done - such as content development, tendering, client management, internal comms processes

Team & Agency management.

  • Selection of 3rd party agencies & consultants

  • Execution of programmes with in-house marketing team and creative/PR agencies

  • Mentoring, structuring and hiring in-house marketing & business development staff

  • Internal communications related to marketing
